摘要
微惯性测量单元具有成本低、体积小、功耗低和抗冲击等优点,可以应用在车辆稳定控制、平台稳定及导航控制系统中,具有广阔的市场应用前景。详细介绍了采用三轴MEMS陀螺和三轴MEMS加速度计研制的微惯性测量单元硬件设计,对信号进行预处理、陀螺漂移补偿、降噪等处理。所研制的低成本MIMU经过补偿后零位漂移保持在:X轴、Y轴、Z轴,可以应用到普通导航领域。
Micro inertial measurement unit has advantages of low cost, small size, low power consumption, impact resistance and so on, and it can be applied to vehicle stability control, platform stability, navigation and control systems, suggesting a wide application field and good prospect. This paper describes the development of the micro - inertial measurement unit hardware design with useing of three - axis MEMS gyroscopes and three - axis MEMS accelerometer, the signal pre-processing, gyro drift compensation, noise reduction, and other processing. The design of the Low -cost MIMU's zero drift is kept at on x -axis, on y -axis, on z -axis after the compensation, It can be applied to common Navigation field.
