混凝沉淀-UASB-BAF处理高浓度乳酸精馏残液实验研究

摘要 乳酸精馏残液是发酵法生产乳酸过程中产生的高浓度有机废水。原液CODcr浓度为1.08×106mg/L、BOD5浓度为4.8×105mg/L、SS浓度为3.6×105mg/L。将该废液稀释100倍,用混凝沉淀-UASB-BAF工艺处理,出水CODcr、BOD5、SS浓度、分别小于300 mg/L、60 mg/L、200 mg/L。CODcr、BOD5、SS去除率可分别达到97%、98%、99%以上。出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)二级标准的要求。 Lactic Acid Distillation Residue is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration which yields during the process of lactic production. Its CODer concentration is 1.08 × 10^6 rag/L, BOD5 concentration is 4.8 × 105 mg/L and SS concentration is 3.6 × 105 mg/L. When the Lactic Acid Distillation Residue was diluted 100 times, and using the technology of Coagulation and precipitation-UASB reactor--BAF treat it. The effluent concentration of CODcr BOD5 , SS less than 300 mg/L,60 mg/L, and 200 mg/L respectively. The removal rate of CODcr BOD5 and SS can reach more than 97% ,98% ,99% respectively. The effluent water concentration can meet the request of second class standard of "Water discharge standard"(GB8978-1996).
