摘要
采用自制的三丙烯酸羟乙酯基磷酸酯作为紫外光固化涂料阻燃型稀释剂,将其添加于芳香族聚醚型聚氨酯二丙烯酸酯配制的紫外光固化涂料中。结果表明,作为活性稀释剂其阻燃效果显著,漆膜性能良好,固化速提高。
The three-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-based phsphate as a flame retardant diluent of ultra- violet curing coating was added to the aromatic polyether urethane acrylate ultraviolet curing coating and its properties were investigated. The results showed that the fire-retardant of reactive diluent is significantly, the coating film performance is excellent, and the curing rate is increased.
