摘要
我国成品汽油中90%以上的含硫化合物来自催化裂化汽油,降低成品油中硫含量的关键是降低FCC汽油的硫含量。FCC汽油降硫技术主要有FCC原料加氢预处理脱硫技术、FCC过程直接脱硫技术以及FCC汽油精制脱硫技术。在催化裂化工艺过程中直接脱硫是一个比较经济而且行之有效的方法,其发展方向是研制新型的具有降硫性能的中孔(介孔)和高活性的活性组分的催化裂化催化剂或助剂,以达到深度降低重油催化裂化汽油馏分中硫含量的目的。
Furthermore 90% of sulfur of gasoline pool in our country comes from FCC gasoline, and the key point to reduce sulfur content in gasoline pool is removing the sulfur of FCC gasoline. Many techniques have been developed to reduce the sulfur for FCC gasoline, such as hydro-pretreatment of FCC materials, direct desulfurization in FCC process, and FCC naphtha desulfurization refining. Direct desulfurization in FCC process is one of effective approaches to reduce sulfur in naphtha in FCC unit operation. The development trend is to develop new higher activation active components and improve the pore structure to reduce the sulfur greatly in FCC gasoline.
