安塞油田X集中处理站高效低温破乳剂的筛选与评价

摘要 X集中处理站为安塞油田的咽喉站点,日处理液量3600 m3,年处理净化油近百万吨。但由于不断接收新区块液量,导致原油破乳剂投加浓度居高不下,平均高达280 mg/L,原油处理成本较高;并且处理后污水中含油和悬浮物等指标较差。经过对46种破乳剂的室内实验评价,对筛选出的WD22-401型破乳剂进行了现场应用,在保证沉降罐溢流口原油含水小于0.03%时,投加浓度降低为原来的一半,处理后水质达标,取得了显著效果。 X oil gathering station is one of the most important station of Ansai oilfield, which can process 3,600 m3/d fluid production and one million cleaned oil per year. For receiving fluid production from new block, the demulsifier concentration is as high as 280ppm and waste water processed can't meet the demand of reinjection. Therefore, forty-six demulsifiers was scanned and chosed WD22-401 demulsifiers use in X oil gathering station. The demulsifier concentration is reduced to 140ppm and the water quality of the produced water is good.
