摘要
苯乙烯、2-乙烯基苯和烯丙基取代的茂金属催化剂进行共聚,合成高分子化的茂金属催化剂。该茂金属催化剂用于乙烯聚合反应活性较高,在聚合工艺条件为75℃,压力1.4 MPa,n(Al)∶n(Zr)=400时,活性可达1.95×107g.(mol.h)-1,并可控制聚合物的形态。
Polymerized metallocene catalysts were synthesized by copolymerization of styrene, 2-vinyl- benzene and allyl-substituted metallocene. Catalytic activity of the catalyst for ethylene polymerization was higher[ 1.95 × 10^7 g · (mol · h)^ -1] with controllable polymer forms. The optimum condition for ethyl- ene polymerization over the catalysts was as follows: reaction temperature 75 ℃, reaction pressure 1.4 MPa,n(Al): n(Zr) =400.
