摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定骨力片中淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC,大连日谱利C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75);流速为0.8 ml/min;柱温为室温;检测波长270 nm。结果:本法平均方法回收率均在99%以上。结论:本法快捷、测量准确,可用于骨力片质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determination of icariin in Guli tablet by HPLC. METHODS mobile phase： acetonitrile - water （ 25： 75） ; flow rate： 0.8 ml/min; column temperature ： ambient temperature ; wave of detection ： 270 nm. RESULTS recovery rate is all over 99% by HPLC. CONCLUSION this way is shortcut, sensitiveness, accuratissime and refer to quality control of Guli tablet.
