摘要 随着科技的进步与医药卫生事业的发展,人们的健康意识逐渐增强,用药需求不断增加。面对新的发展与变化,现代医院药学如何转变职能、如何拓宽药学服务的内容、药学人员的思想观念应如何转变以适应新形势的要求,是药学人员目前面临的严峻课题。现代医院药学从工作模式及内容上的转变是对医院药学发展的一个挑战,其不仅对医院经营管理者、医护人员、病人、医疗保险部门、药品监管机构、生产厂及批发商都提出了很明确的要求,同时也指出了现代医院药学发展的对策、途径、人员新定位和质量管理方面的发展方向。同时强调了"以人为本"的药学服务理念,以患者为中心,为患者提供全程的药学服务,其目的是改善患者的生命质量。这都将是现代化医院发展的必然趋势。 With the advancement of scientific technology development of health, awareness of grasping health and need of drug utilization were increasing. Facing new development and change, it was a series of serious problems that how would convert function and extend the content of pharmacy care and how pharmacists could adapt themselves to the new environment. Modern hospital pharmacy conversion of work mode and content was a challenge for hospital pharmacy development. It had not only put forward def- inite requests to hospital managers, clinical staff, patients, medical insurance board, drug supervisors, producer and whole sellers, but also indicated developing trend of strategy, methods, human location and quality control, especially emphasized on pharmacy care idea which turned simply dispensing to modern pharmacy management - taking patients as center, and provided whole process pharmacy care, aiming at improve life quality of patients. It will be the necessary trend of modern hospital development.
