摘要
通过对中国进口原油发展阶段、来源地区构成和原油运输现状的研究与分析,对未来中国进口原油的来源和中国油轮运输船队的发展进行了预测。结合目前中国石油石化企业生产经营现状和进口原油管理工作,提出了保障国家进口原油资源安全,降低采购成本等建议。
Based on the research and analysis of the development stages and source region composition of China s imported crude oil as well as crude oil transportation status,the article predicts China's future imported crude oil sources and the development of China's oil tanker transportation fleets.Combining with current production manage- ment status of China's petroleum & petrochemical enterprises as well as imported crude oil management work,it puts forward some suggestions to guarantee national imported crude oil resources safety and reduce procurement cost.
