ZnO/TiO_2改性催化剂在阳光照射下对溴氨酸水溶液的催化降解

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有可见光响应的ZnO/TiO2催化剂.考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间、ZnO掺杂量对ZnO/TiO2催化剂性能的影响及阳光下不同紫外线强度对ZnO/TiO2催化剂降解溴氨酸水溶液的影响.结果表明:当煅烧温度为400,℃,煅烧时间为2h,ZnO掺杂比为1%时,催化剂性能较佳;紫外线指数为5,光照5,h时,溴氨酸水溶液的褪色率达到100%,在太阳光直射下3,h后,溴氨酸水溶液的褪色率为97.73%,TOC去除率为82.88%. Nanometric ZnO/TiO2, which can be activated by visible light, is prepared by using sol-gel methed. The effects of calcining temperature, calcining time, and ZnO adulterant proportion on the photocatalytic degradation and influence of different ultraviolet radiation index to the degradation effect of nanometric ZnO/TiO2 to bromamine acid are discussed. Results show that the optimal calcining temperature is 400℃, the optimal calcining time is 2 h and ZnO adulterant proportion is 1%. At the ultraviolet radiation index for 5, the removal rate of chroma reaches 100% under sunlight after 5 hours, under the point-blank sunlight after 3 hours, the removal rate of chroma and total organic carbon (TOC) reaches 97.73% and 82.88% respectively.
