摘要
详细介绍了光子晶体光纤长周期光栅几种典型制作方法,包括相位掩模法、CO2激光脉冲激励法,机械压力诱导法、电弧放电法、液晶法和声波诱导法,并且分析了各种方法的优缺点,简单介绍了光子晶体光纤长周期光栅的温度、应变、折射率传感特性。简要介绍了光子晶体光纤长周期光栅在光通信和光传感领域的应用情况,并且展望了基于光子晶体光纤长周期光栅的新型光子器件的未来发展情况。
Typical fabrication methods of photonic crystal fiber long period gratings are explored in detail,such as phase mask,CO2 laser heat pulse heat source,mechanical pressure induced LPG,electrical arc-induced LPG,liquid crystal method and acoustic waves induced LPG.The merits and drawbacks of these methods are reported.The characteristics of temperature sensing,strain sensing and refractive index sensing of the photonic crystal fiber long period gratins are presented.Finally,the applications of photonic crystal fiber long period gratings in optical comunication and sensing system and the pnepect of photonic crystal filber grating hased devices are presented.
