摘要
本文提出了一种以高精度、非接触激光位移传感器为核心的滚动轴承测量方法,可解决电容位移传感器测量中的非线性和对测量环境的敏感性问题。实验结果显示,该方法可准确获取滚动轴承动态刚性值,为滚动轴承的动刚性测试提供了一条新途径。
To overcome the problems of the capacitance displacement sensor,which is nonlinear in measurement and sensitive to the environment,a new measurement method of rolling bearing s dynamic rigidity based on using high-accuracy and non-contact laser displacement sensor is presented in this paper.Experiment results have shown that this technique can get the value of rolling bearing s dynamic rigidity accurately.And it provides a new mean for the measurement of rolling bearing s dynamic rigidity.
