激光并针刺治疗肾移植术后胃肠道反应的临床观察

Clinical observation on the patients' reaction of gastrointestinal tract after the renal transplantation with the method of He-Ne laser and acupuncture

目的:探讨激光穴位照射并针刺治疗在肾移植术后胃肠道反应中的临床疗效。方法:将42例肾移植术后出现胃肠道反应的患者随机分为激光并针刺组(21例)和针刺组(21例),两组均取穴内关、足三里、三阴交等,观察两组患者腹痛、恶心、胃胀等症状缓解情况。结果:激光并针刺组治疗有效率为95.23%,针刺组治疗有效率为71.42%,两组比较激光并针刺组疗效明显优于针刺组,(P<0.05)。结论:激光并针刺治疗可明显提高肾移植术后胃肠道功能恢复的作用。

Objective ： To observe effects of He - Ne laser and acupuncture in patients＇ reaction of gastrointestinal tract after the renal transplantion. Methods： 42 patients who have the reaetiou of gastrointestinal tract after the renal transplantion were randomly divided to a He - Ne laser and acuponeture group and an acupuncture group, 21 cases in each group. Two groups were all treated with turtle- probing needling at Neiguan,Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and so on. While the acupuncture group were treated with acuptmeture therapy alone, than observe the symptoms of stomachache, nausea, gastric distention and other reaction of gastrointestinal tract in the two groups. Results： The effective power of He - Ne laser and acupuncture group is 95.23 %, while the effective power of drug is 71.42 %, the symptoms of the He - Ne laser and acupuncture group were more significantly improved than the other group, and the differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）have highly significant sense. Conclusion： The He - Ne laser and acupancture therapy can impove the patients＇ reaction of gastrointestinal tract after the renal transplantion significantly.
