宫腔镜在常规取环失败中的价值

The use of hysteroscopy when IUD extraction fails by routine method

目的:探讨宫腔镜在常规取环失败中的价值。方法:回顾分析2006年2月-2007年8月45例因常规方法宫内取环失败而行宫腔镜诊断、取环患者的临床资料。结果:45例常规取环失败中有42例经宫腔镜成功取出,1例第二次成功取出,2例宫腔内未见节育环失败,后经剖腹探查取出,均无并发症发生。结论:常规方法宫内取环失败后,改用宫腔镜下取环是解决常规取环失败的好措施,优点明显,值得临床推广普及。

Objective ：To discuss the use of hysteroscopy when IUD extraction fails. Methods： Analyze clinical data of 45 patients who were failed to be taken IUD out of, and received hysteroscopy, between February, 2006 and August ,2007. Results： In 45 patients,42 patients were taken IUD out of successfully after hysteroscopy, 1 patient was taken IUD out of successfully at second try, and 2 patients couldn＇t find IUD by hysteroscopv, finally were taken out by trans - abdominal operatiou. Conclusious：When IUD extraction fails by routine method, hysteroseopy can be helpful;it＇s a good method to resolve IUD extraction failure.
