螺旋混沌场数据显示

摘要 在对螺旋混沌场产生的机理、规律进行研究的基础上,探讨了螺旋混沌场数据显示的原理和模型,实现了对称螺杆转子实际挤压产生的螺旋混沌场的不规则数据显示。从螺旋混沌数据场可以得出以下结论:齿面流线沿着流出腔朝外,流出方向符合设计要求;流体在转子的挤压下,主要作用力为主动转子的推力,设计时,对啮合推力的计算要十分慎重,稍有变化,就会影响流线的方向,对设备的噪声等造成影响;齿面的附着力也影响着流体的流动,也就是流线的形状;多个剖面沿着轴向螺旋上升即可实现所谓的螺旋混沌场。该研究为设计对称螺旋转子机械提供了一种直观概念和依据。 This paper discussed the mechanism and the law of the helix chaos data field, studied the displayed principle and model, and realized the abnormity data indication of the helix chaos data field created by extrusion between two symmetry screws. For the helix chaos field, the stream of the gear surface flows out of cavity. It satisfies the requirement of designing. If the flowing liquid is meshed by two screws, the main force on the equipment will be produced by the initiative screw, so it is necessary to make a careful calculation of meshing force. If the meshing force changes a little, the influence on flow direction and noise will be large. At the same time, the accreting force by the gear surface influences the liquid moving, namely the flow line shape. The helix chaos field can be produced by the sections that are helix-climbing along the axis.
