从公平正义的新视角探寻化解人民内部矛盾的途径

Seeking Ways to Resolve Contradictions among the People from New Perspective of Fairness and Justice

30年改革开放,中国取得了辉煌的成绩,同时也进入了社会矛盾高发期。这些矛盾大量地表现为人民内部矛盾。新时期人民内部矛盾产生的根源主要可以概括为两类,一是物质利益根源,即为了争取物质利益而发生的社会矛盾冲突;二是价值根源,即由社会价值观念差异导致的社会矛盾冲突。根源于价值冲突的矛盾对社会稳定构成的威胁更大,而社会稳定是改革发展的重要前提。因此,应重视从公平正义的视角探寻化解人民内部矛盾的新途径:一是加强公平正义制度建设,逐步消除人们的不公正感及相对剥夺感;二是建立和完善社会利益协调机制,保证发展成果由全体人民共享;三是培育相对独立的社会组织,使其成为协调人民内部矛盾的缓冲器;四要加强公民意识教育,引导人们树立辩证的公平正义理念。

After 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made brilliant achievements as well as access to a high rate of social conflicts, in which large numbers are in the form of the contradictions among the people. In the new era, the sources of the contradictions among the people can be mostly summarized as two categories, the first root is material interests, that is, the strives for material benefits that lead to social contradictions and conflicts; Second, the root of axiology, that is, differences in social values that lead to the social contradictions and conflicts. The contradictions caused by the sense of justice and other value factors are greater threat to the stability of so- ciety, while social stability is an important prerequisite for reform and development. As a result, we should pay attention to fairness and justice, and explore ways to resolve contradictions among the people from a new perspective： first, strengthen the fairness and justice sys- tems; Second, establish and improve the coordination mechanism of the social interests; third, cultivate and support relatively independent social organizations which maintain civic just right ; fourth, guide people to foster a dialectical concept of fairness and justice.
