本文针对当前我国高校就业指导工作中大学生职业生涯规划指导被忽视或缺位现象及由此产生的问题,提出必须将大学生就业指导与职业生涯规划相结合,从就业指导工作的内容体系、工作程式和工作机制上进行全新的思考,以构建全程式就业指导工作的科学体系。

For the ignorance or lacking of college students＇ career planning in the work of career guiding in colleges and universities and the problems therefrom, the article brings up the idea of eombining the work of career guiding and career planning. It tries to take a new look at the content system, working program and working mechanism and therefore found a four-year scientific system of career guiding work.
