摘要
气候变化已严重威胁全球生态安全。为此国际社会创建了国际气候变化体制来应对,而全方位地融入差别待遇构成其鲜明的特色。由于全球仍在持续变暖,有必要全面地完善与改进差别待遇。
Chmate change has brought significant negative impact to ecological safety all over the world. International climate change system has been established to deal with the problem, featured with all-sided differential treatment. In view of the fact that the world is still getting warmer, it is necessary to improve differential treatment mechanism.
