摘要
讨论了宽带卫星通信常用技术并阐述了宽带卫星通信的应用和发展策略与趋势，指出了我国发展宽带卫星通信的必要性。
Common technologies of wide band satellite communication are discussed. Application and developing trend of the technology are expounded. The necessity of further developing such technology is indicated.
