摘要
主要介绍了某光学构件表面处理技术,分析了阳极氧化成膜原理,研究了温度对氧化膜层的厚度和硬度的影响。结果表明通过添加宽温型添加剂,拓宽了阳极氧化工作温度范围,提高了氧化膜层质量,解决了产品质量问题。
Surface treatment of optical components is introduced. The mechanism of anodizing oxidization is presented. The effects of temperature on thickness and hardness of obtained anodic oxidization film are studied. The results indicate that the allowable working temperature range of anodizing oxidization can be expanded and the quality of oxidation can be improved by means of adding additive with wide temperature.
