保修产品最优预防维修策略的建模 被引量:1

摘要 厂商在产品保修期内发生故障时,提供免费故障小修服务。产品发生故障时导致生产停工,造成停工损失,且产品过了保修期后购买者须自己承担故障修理费用。对产品预防维修可减小停工损失和保修期满后的故障小修成本,但预防维修会增加维修成本。文章以期望长期成本率最低为决策依据,权衡预防维修所节省的成本开支和同时增加的维修费用,提出了一个定期预防维修策略,并给出了求解最优解的有效算法。最后,用数字实例说明了保修期和故障率函数的变化对决策变量和目标函数的影响。
