大白菜雄性核不育复等位基因的鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为了摸清大白菜核不育复等位基因在3种生态型大白菜品系中的分布特性,利用基因型为MsMs的大白菜纯合显性雄性不育株为母本,与68个正常可育的直筒、卵圆和平头型大白菜可育品系杂交,统计后代育性分离比例,鉴定各品系基因型,计算不同生态型可育品系在核不育位点上的基因频率和基因型频率。结果表明:直筒型大白菜可育品系以纯合隐性基因型msms为主,占71.43%;可育基因ms频率为76.79%,恢复基因Msf频率为23.21%。卵圆型大白菜可育品系3种基因型MsfMsf,Msfms和msms分别占42.42%,39.40%和18.18%;Msf基因频率为62.12%,ms基因频率为37.88%。平头型大白菜可育品系以纯合隐性基因型msms为主,占57.14%;Msf基因频率为33.33%,ms基因频率为66.67%。直筒型和平头型大白菜可育品系的核不育复等位基因位点上以ms基因为主,而卵圆型大白菜可育品系的核不育复等位基因位点上以Msf基因为主。 The objective of this experiment was to investigate the characteristic distribution of nuclear sterile multiple allele genes of Chinese cabbage in 3 ecotype cabbage lines. A dominant male sterile Chinese cabbage MsMs was applied as test cross parent to make hybridizations with 68 male fertile cabbage lines belonging to Straight-tubbish, Ovate, or Level-head eeotypes. Through calculating the fertility segregation ratio of the progenies, and identifying the genotype of each male fertile lines, the gene and genotype frequency of the nuclear sterile multiple allele locus were estimated in the three eeotypes. The results showed that accounting for 71.43% of the total genotype, the purified recessive genotype msms was superior to others in Straight-rubbish ecotype; the frequency of the male fertile gene ms and restore gene Ms^f were 76.79% and 23.21% respectively in Straight-rubbish ecotype. MsSMss, Mdms and msrns were 42.42%,39.40% and 18.18% respectively in Ovate ecotype; the frequency of the restore gene Mss and fertile gene ms were 62.12% and 37.88% respectively in Ovate-cabbage ecotype. Accounting for 57.14% of the total genotype, the purified recessive genotype msms was superior to others in level-head ecotype; the frequency of restore gene Ms^f and fertile gene ms 33.33% and 66.67% respectively in Level-head ecotype. The ms gene was superior to others at nuclear sterile multiple allele locus in Straight-tubbish ecotype and level-head ecotype, and Msr was superior to others at nuclear sterile multiple allele locus in Ovate ecotype.
