应用分子标记探讨一种野生百合的分类地位 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨采自辽宁省丹东市一种百合(Lilium)种质(简称丹东百合)的分类地位,应用RAPD(随机扩增多态性)分子标记方法对包括丹东百合在内的13种百合种质资源进行了亲缘关系分析。结果表明:丹东百合属于野百合种,与白天堂遗传距离最近,遗传距离为0.2667,与西伯利亚遗传距离最远,遗传距离为0.4286。 In order to get he taxonomic status of a wild species of lily from Dandon, Liaoning Province, China, we uesed the method of RAPD to analyze the relationship of thirteen lilies. The results suggested that the lily in Dandong, Liaoning Province belonged to the species of Lilium brownii. The genetic distance between the lily in Dandong and White Heaven was closest, only 0.2667. The genetic distance between the lily in Dandong and Siberia was farest (0.4268).
