摘要
为适应花卉工厂化育苗的需要,筛选出适宜培育万寿菊穴盘苗的S3307施用浓度,以万寿菊黄色品种为材料,采用72孔穴盘育苗,在幼苗2~3片真叶展开期灌施S3307,研究不同浓度S3307处理对万寿菊穴盘苗生长和抗逆生理指标的影响。试验共设CK(0mg.L-1)、T1(5mg.L-1)、T2(10mg.L-1)、T3(20mg.L-1)和T4(30mg.L-1)共5个处理,在幼苗6~7片真叶展开时取样测定,不同处理的植株高度,叶绿素含量,全株千重,根冠比,SOD、POD和CAT活性,叶片相对电导率、根系活力,GA3、ZR和ABA的含量,观测各处理定植后的缓苗速度。结果表明:与CK相比,S3307处理的株高减小,叶绿素含量增高,全株干重和干重根冠比增高,SOD、POD和CAT活性增高,ABA的含量增高,GA3的含量减小,叶片相对电导率减小,根系活力增高,缓苗速度加快。T2处理效果最佳,与CK相比,株高降低了27.38%,全株干重增加了53.86%,SOD、POD和CAT的活性分别是CK的1.90倍、3.47倍和1.86倍,叶片相对电导率降低14.68%,根系活力提高35.38%。
In order to meet the need of industrialized flower seedling production, the rational concentration of S3307 was screened for marigold plug seedlings. The effects of S3307 on the physiological indices of marigold plug seedlings were studied with the use of taking yellow breed of marigold. Plug seedlings (72 holes) of yellow breed marigold (Tagetes erecta L.) were treated through irrigating with four concentrations of S3307 when the seedlings were at 2-3 leaf-deployment stages. Five treatments included CK(0 mg·L^-1), TI(5 mg·L^-1), T2(10 mg·L^-1), T3(20 mg·L^-1) and T4(30 mg·L^-1 Plant height, chlorophyll content, total dry weight, root/ shoot ratio, activities of SOD and POD and CAT,relative conductivity, root activity and the contents of GA3, ZR and ABA were tested when the seedlings were at 6-7 leaf-deployment stages. After planting, seedling recovery speed was observed.The results showed that the chlorophyll content, total dry weight, root/shoot ratio, the activities of SOD and POD and CAT, the contents of ABA and ZR and root activity increased with S3307 treatment, on the contrary, GA3 contents and the relative conductivity of leaves decreased. Seedling recovery speed was quick. T2 and T3 could be used to produce plug seedlings, and T2 was the best. Compared with CK, T2 plant height decreased by 27.38%, total dry weight increased by 1.54 tines, dry weight root / shoot ratio was increased 1.2 times, the activities of SOD and POD and CAT were increased 1.9, 3.47 and 1.86 times as those of CK, the relative conductivity of leaves decreased by 14.68%, root activity increased by 135.38%.
