摘要
设计了以AT89S52单片机为核心的自动变量播种控制系统。将播种决策信息代码通过RS232从PC上位机传输到单片机,以反射式光电传感器检测播种机前进速度,以此通过控制输出给步进电机驱动器的脉冲频率来实现自动变量播种。试验结果表明:单片机可将播种决策信息代码、播种机前进速度进行综合处理控制步进电机转速,在前进速度为3.3~5.8km.h-1,决策信息代码为1~5时,控制步进电机转速误差小于4%。
A control system of automatic rate-variable seeder with a single chip AT89S52 was designed. Seeding solution signal was transported from PC to microcontroller through RS232. Seeder forward speed was detected by reflective photoelectric sensor. So by controlling pulse frequency exported to step motor drive, the system could realize automatic rate-variable seeding. The experiment showed that SCM could synthetically process seeding solution signals and seeder forward speed to control rotating speed of step motor. The actual speed error was less than 4% with forward speed between 3.3 and 5.8 km·h^-1 and solution signal between 1 results and 5.
