The cultivation of human spirit in university students is of great importance. Apart from education and teaching, management plays an important role in the cultivation process. The human awareness, human concern and human quality of management at various levels exert big influence on students. University presidents should take a holoscopie view and make decisions that are conducive to the implementation of all-round education and attach great significance to humanities.
