硕士研究生考试制度改革,应建立资格考试和专业考试的二元化招生体制,应加大专业考试的选拔力度,同时还应将政治理论考试调整到专业考试阶段进行。

To reform the postgraduate entrance examination systems, a binary system of qualification test and specialization test should be established. Greater differentiation in specialization test should be realized and at the same time the test of political theories should be transferred to the step of specialization test.
