摘要
笔者通过不同的激素、不同的浓度及不同的处理时间对插穗进行处理,通过对其生根时间、生根的条数及生根长度来判定不同的激素水平对其扦插繁殖的影响。试验表明:用1000mg/L的911生根粉处理6~12h,综合比较其生根率、生根长度和生根数量等因子,效果最好;用500mg/L的吲哚丁酸处理6~12h次之。
These experiment and test, through different hormone, different density and different treatment time, cutting scion, which judge the different hormone level to effects of its cutting propagation through its rooting time and rooting pieces as well as rooting length. Using 1 000 mg/L "911" rooting agent to treat 6- 12 hours comprehensively, it shows the best comparing its rooting rate, rooting length and rooting quantity and other factors through the experiment, next effect uses 500 mg/L indole butyric acid for 6- 12 hours.
