摘要
笔者阐述了巴东县水土流失现状及其危害,从自然和人为两个方面分析了水土流失成因,并从技术和政策层面提出了治理对策。
The author describes current status and its dangerous, analyzes reasons over two aspects of nature and human made, puts forward strategy to control in technology and policy.
