摘要
换能器是超声相控阵系统中的关键部件。指向性的好坏是衡量换能器性能的重要因素。文中对线阵相控阵换能器的空间指向性进行了系统的研究,分析了换能器各参数对声束主瓣、旁瓣和栅瓣的影响,最后给出了阵列换能器的设计原则。
Transducer is a key part of phased array ultrasonic system. The capability of directivity is an important factor for transducer performance. In the paper, the space direetivity of the linear phased array was studied systemically. Then, the influence of array transducer parameters on beam main lobe, side lobe and grating lobe was analyzed. Final- ly, the designing principle of linear array transducer was given.
