摘要
介绍了一种新的模拟式指示表智能读数系统。系统采用数字图像处理技术并结合相应硬件设备,实现了测试装备中模拟式指示表的自动读数功能。在该系统中,运用并提出了一些新颖的图像处理算法,如穿线检测图像分割算法、亚像素细分技术等,使系统具有很好的实时性和较高的精度。实验证明采用这一系统可以进一步提高某型导弹测试的智能化程度。
A new intelligent reading system for analog indicating meter was introduced. The digital image-processing technique is adopted by the system and combines with some hardware, the intelligent reading for the analog indicating meter in the testing equipment is realized. In the system, some new image-processing algorithms such as image segmentation method based on thread detection and sub-pixel subdivision technique so that the system is featured with good real-rime characteristic and higher precision. Experiments show that the intelligent degree of some missile test is enhanced with the system.
