摘要
运用有限元软件ANSYS 8.0对鱼雷圆柱壳体进行了静强度分析与模态分析,讨论了圆柱壳体的建模和分析的方法与技巧,得出该圆柱壳体在工作过程中前10阶的固有频率和振型。结果表明:由于壳体内部的环肋部位出现应力集中,导致从第4阶频率起振型发生局部弯曲与扭转。其分析结果可以为其结构改进、结构优化和动力修改提供理论依据。
The finite element software ANSYS 8.0 was use for analysis on the stress, deformation, natural frequencies and vibration shape of torpedo cylindrical shell structure, and some modeling and analyzing skills of cylindrical shell structure were discussed. The result shows that the stress concentration occurs on circle rib. The result can be referred to structural improvement, optimal design and dynamic modification.
