自动增氧型垂直下行流生活污水处理器的启动研究

摘要 设计一种自动增氧型垂直下行流生活污水处理器,采用间歇运行的启动方式,研究其对SS、COD、TP、TN的去除效果.结果表明,自动增氧型垂直下行流生活污水处理器的启动时间大约为45 d.在整个启动过程中,系统对SS、COD、TP、TN的4 d和7 d去除率表现为先下降,而后达到一个较为稳定的水平:对SS、COD、TP、TN的4 d去除率分别为91.8%、82.4%、93.4%和91.6%;7 d去除率分别为92.7%、86.8%、94.3%和94.4%,7 d去除率比4 d去除率稍高.通过对系统停留时间的测试,得知该生活污水处理器较理想的停留时间为3 d,相应的SS、COD、TP、TN的去除率分别达到86.1%、76.8%、89.1%和82.4%. A self-aeration vertical upward-flow sanitary sewage processor was designed, starting with intermittent operation. The removal effects of SS,COD,TP,TN were studied. The experimental results showed that the start-up period of the processor was about 45 d. During start-up period, the removal effects of SS, COD, TP, TN were firstly declined, then increased. The four-day removal efficiencies of SS,COD,TP,TN could separately reach 91.8% ,82.4% ,93.4% and 91.6%; The seven- day removal efficiencies of SS,COD, TP,TN separately were up to to 92. 7%,86. 8%,94. 3% and 94.4 %, superior to the four day removal efficiencies. The experiment on retention time showed that the ideal retention time of the processor was 3d,and the three-day removal efficiencies of SS,COD, TP,TN could separately reach 86.1%,76.8%,89. 1% and 82.4%.
