摘要
目的提出一种力学方法,并设计一套实验装置建立囊状动脉瘤动物模型。方法将自行设计的动脉瘤模具通过外科手术方式固定于兔腹主动脉上,通过负压吸引增大跨壁压差使动脉局部发生形变,从而形成囊状动脉瘤。结果建立了形态学、组织学和病理学仿真的囊状动脉瘤动物模型,并且获得3枚囊状动脉瘤。结论建立囊状动脉瘤动物模型的力学方法是可行的,而且这套自行设计的实验装置具有实用性和有效性。
Objective To propose the mechanical method and design the experimental devices for establishing the saecular aneurysm animal model. Methods To utilize the method of surgery to make the mould of aneurysm self-designed fixed on the abdominal aorta of rabbits, then a negative pressure was loaded to increase the gradient pressure between inner wall and external wall that made the artery generate partial deformation. Five day later the saccular aneurysm was created. Results The mimic animal model with saecualr aneurysm, which was proved in morphology, histology and pathology was established and three saccular aneurysms were obtained. Conclusion The mechanical method for establishing the saceular aneurysm animal model was feasible, and the device self-designed was practical and effective.
