随着经济社会的发展,休闲不再是一种无足轻重的边缘活动,学会休闲、享受休闲被看成是衡量现代生活幸福指数的一个重要指标。休闲成为时代的表征,研究体育文化离不开休闲的视角。由于体育具有娱乐性、趣味性、竞争性等特点,体育休闲已经成为大众休闲生活中不可或缺的重要手段。体育与休闲的关系极为密切,很多现代体育项目的起源都能从休闲娱乐与游戏中找到影子。

Along with development of economic society,leisure is no longer an unimportant activity. Enjoying leisure and learning leisure have been cited as a significant index to measure the target of modern living happiness. As a conspicuous trait of modern so- ciety, sports leisure has been a necessary approach for mass leisure. The relation between sport and leisure are tight. Actually, there are many modern sports items which stern from original leisure and game.
