湖南省体育经纪人及运行现状研究

The Present Situation and Movement Research of Sports Agents in Hunan Province

运用文献资料法、专家调查法、逻辑分析等方法,对湖南省体育经纪人及经营、管理现状,以及存在的问题进行了调查与分析,结果显示:湖南体育经纪人处在自由发展状态,对经纪人的需求与经纪人自身发展滞后的矛盾是现阶段湖南体育中介市场上的主要矛盾;湖南体育经纪业务的发展不平衡,各项业务开发度不高成为体育经纪人经营的主要问题,且运行较好的经纪业务大多依靠政府干预;湖南体育经纪人的法律地位不明确,体育中介活动不规范,监督管理滞后,影响了体育经纪人的健康发育和发展。

Through the approaches of documentary, investigation and logical analysis, the situation of the sports agents and move- ment, management in Hunan province have been studied. The results show as follows： The Hunan sports agents occupied the free development condition; What the principal contradiction of Hunan sports intermediary market at present were to managerg demand and the manager own development lag contradiction; The Hunan sports broker service development was not balanced,That the degree of each service development was not high had became the main question which the sports manager operates, Also the movement good broker service mostly depended upon the government to intervene; The legal status of Hunan sports agents＂ was not clear about, the sports intermediary activity was not standard, the management by supervision was lags ,which affected the sports agents＇health to grow and to develop.
