山东省高中体育教师流动状况及影响因素研究

通过对山东省40所高中体育组(教研室)发放高中体育教师流动状况调查问卷发现:从总体上看,山东省高中体育教师的流动率偏低;从流动方向看,体育教师流动多以"圈内流动"为主;从年龄的角度,30岁以下的年轻人是流动的主力军;在性别方面,男性仍然是流动的主体,年轻女性体育教师越来越受到关注。

This paper inquires into the P.E. department 40 high middle school of Shandong Province,we discovered ： Judging from population, flow rate insists to hang down; Complying with the direction being on the move , give first place to ＂on the move within many circles＂ of physical- training teacher flow; From age angle , 30- year- old, following young person is whose mobile main force; In the field of sex,the male sex still is the mobile section of the main body ,young female are paid close attention to increas- ingly come the physical - training teacher.
