Reflection on the Practice Teaching in Elementary School Teachers′ Education

实践教学作为高师教育的两个途径之一,在小学教师教育中具有非常重要的作用。强化小学教师教育中的实践教学环节,必须加强高等院校与小学的校际联合,建立稳定的高质量的教育教学实习基地;打破单一的实践模式,建立全程教育实践体系;丰富实践教学的内容,全面发挥实践教学的作用;建立严格的质量考核机制,保证实践教学的质量。

Practice teaching,one of the two approaches of higher education,plays a significant role in elementary teacher education.To strengthen the practice teaching in the education,we should establish stable high-quality education and teaching training bases by building connections between institutions and elementary schools,set up a full practice education system by breaking the single practice model,and enrich the content of teaching practice.Additionally,we should establish strict quality assessment mechanism to ensure the quality of teaching practice.
