摘要
通过力学性能测试以及SEM观察,对拉拔大变形共析钢在不同应变量下的力学性能及微观组织演化进行分析,结果表明:共析钢优越的力学性能缘于其特有的珠光体层片结构。随着应变量增加,共析钢抗拉强度以及名义屈服强度随之增加,渗碳体层片的细化,并获得优越的珠光体形变织构,提高了共析钢的强度。
The superior mechanical performance of eutectoid steel is shown by in its pearlyte slice structure. The study of mechanical performance and microstructure on the eutectoid steel with large drawing defomation under room temperature indicates that with the increase of strain, the iron carbide slice refinement obtains superior pearlyte deformation texture, which enhances the eutectoid steel's intensity greatly.
