Commentary on the Research of the Effective Realization of Government Public Authority in Recent Years

近年来随着我国政府行政改革的逐步深化,学术界逐渐展开了对政府公共权力有效实现途径的综合研究;在政府公共权力的概念诠释、政府公共权力有效实现的可能性途径以及障碍性因素等方面取得了巨大的理论成就;当然,因受认识的、时代的以及社会历史条件的制约与限制,我们在取得巨大研究的同时也不可避免地存在着某种程度上的研究局限或研究困境。

The academic circles have gradually launched the comprehensive study of the effective realization of government public authority in recent years with the gradual government administration reforms. We have obtained huge theoretical achievements on such fields as the concept annotation, barrier factors and possible realization of government public authority. However, because of the restriction of knowledge, time and social-historical conditions, we have limitations and difficulties in our research to some degree.
