苏州民营企业技术创新的制约因素与对策研究

Research of Restraining Factors and Countermeasures of Technological Innovation in Suzhou Private Enterprises

苏州民营经济占国民经济已接近三成,但高新技术产业产值的贡献率较低,不足10%。如何提高民营企业技术创新能力?可通过原始创新、集成创新,引进消化再吸收等途径来解决。具体做法:民营企业和科研机构一体化,建立对企业的核心员工进行差异化奖励制度,而政府也可以创造条件,努力改善民营企业技术创新的外部环境。

Although Suzhou private economy accounts for 30% of the national economy approximately, hitech output value is low, which is less than 10%. How to enhance the ability of technological innovation is the problem to be solved urgently. This paper will explore a method to improve the technological innovative capabilities of private enterprises through studying the present situation and the restraining factors, so as to improve economic quality.
