On the Corporate Culture-oriented Construction of Campus Culture in Vocational Colleges

高职院校应变狭隘的技能培训为全面的文化育人,加强融合以优秀企业文化为内容的校园文化建设。在融合企业文化过程中,须遵循系统性、个性化、互动性三项原则,并且从精神、物质、制度三个层面着手,全方位推进高职校园文化建设。

IVocational college education should be transformed from mere skill training into broad education and it should also emphasize campus culture construction with the adoption of corporate culture. To absorb corporate culture, vocational colleges should comply with the three principles of system, individuality, intention and boost campus culture construction from spiritual, material and systematic levels.
