摘要
运用运动心理学以及运动训练学的原理,研究表象训练在高职院校体育教学中的应用。研究采用运动表象问卷(SIQ)评定高职院校学生的表象能力。与同类研究相比,旨在寻求符合高职院校体育教学中的表象训练方法,提高大学生的体育技术动作理解能力,从而提高高职院校体育教学效果。
The paper is based on the study of the feasibility of applying imaginary training (IT) to the college physical education in combination with sport principles and psychology. The method of SIQ is used to test the effect of imaginary training. Compared with the other similar studies,the paper aims to seek IT method of college students, improve the students' psychological ability,and ultimately improve the performance.
