米非司酮对人早孕绒毛及蜕膜中骨桥蛋白、绒毛膜促性腺激素-β和p53蛋白表达的影响

摘要 目的探讨米非司酮对早孕绒毛及蜕膜中骨桥蛋白、绒毛膜促性腺激素-β和p53蛋白表达影响。方法米非司酮组:20例停经5~7周,药流完全的早孕女性。对照组:同期20例相同孕周手术流产女性。流产后即刻取绒毛、蜕膜。采用免疫组织化学半定量法检测其骨桥蛋白、绒毛膜促性腺激素-β和p53的表达情况。结果①米非司酮组的骨桥蛋白表达显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);②米非司酮组的绒毛膜促性腺激素8表达显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);③米非司酮组的p53蛋白表达显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论米非司酮终止早孕的机制可能与绒毛及蜕膜的骨桥蛋白和绒毛膜促性腺激素-β表达下调、p53蛋白表达上调有关。 Objective To evaluate the influence of mifepristone on the expressions of osteopontin(OPN) ,human ehorionic gonadothpin-β(β-HCG) and p53 in the chorion and decidua of early pregnant women. Methods Twenty samples from early pregnant women who underwent medical abortion during the 5--7 weeks of pregnancy were obtained as experiment group,and 20 similar samples from women who underwent artificial abortion were obtained as control group. Immunohistochemistry semiquantitative method were conducted to detect the expressions of OPN and β-HCG in the chorion and deeidua in this two group. Results (1) The expression of OPN in experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.01) . (2)The expression of β-HCG in experiment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.01) . (3)The expression of p53 in experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P,0.01). Conclusion Termination mechanism of early pregnancy may be related to down-regulation of OPN and β-HCG and up regulation of p53 in the chorion and decidua.
