文中分析了沧州市的水资源供需状况、水资源开发利用中的问题及解决水资源短缺问题的途径。通过对咸水淡化的可行性分析,认为在海水淡化技术日益成熟的今天,加快咸水淡化产业化的发展,是解决沧州市淡水资源短缺和保持经济社会可持续发展的有效途径,提出了加快咸水淡化产业化发展的措施。

This paper has analyzed the need and supply of water resources, the problems in water resources development and application, and the way of solving water resources shortage. Through the analysis of the feasibility of water desalination, with the maturity of seawater desalination technology, it is regarded that speeding up the development of the water desalination industry is the effective way of solving the shortage of freshwater resources and maintaining sustainable economical and social development in Cangzhou City.
