经头皮冠状切口颧骨骨折复位内固定术的护理

Nursing of Patients undergoing Internal Fixation via Transscalp Coronal Incision for Zygomatic Facture

目的探讨经头皮冠状切口行颧骨骨折复位内固定术的手术配合。方法对15例颧骨骨折患者加强术前心理护理及各项术前准备,术中认真配合,术毕恢复期对患者实施积极、周密的预见性护理。结果所有患者均以良好的心理状态配合手术进行,手术效果满意,无不良并发症发生,手术切口均一期愈合。结论良好的手术护理配合,重视术后恢复期安全护理,是确保患者安全、手术成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation during internal fixation via transscalp coronal incision for zygomatic facture. Methods Fifteen patients with zygomatic facture were provided psychological nursing care and full preparation before operation. Good cooperation was made during operation and active, close and predicticve nursing care was conducted for post-operative patients. Results All the patients had good psychological status for operation and operation outcomes were satisfying. No complicatoin occurred and operative incision had stage Ⅰ healing. Conclusion Good cooperation with surgery and safe postoperative nursing care are the key in ensuring the safety of patients and success of operation.
