F牵引梁为薄壁、内空箱体整体铸造构件,铸件容易出现搓扭和弯曲无规律性变形。由于机械加工精度要求高,在没有三坐标划线仪的情况下,可以采用三点定基准的方法保证面加工的平面度和垂直度,用3个基准和3个钻模板保证孔的位置精度。
F draft sill is an integrated casting component with thin wall and inner empty box, and irregular deformations like torsion and bending occur easily. Due to the high machining precision, and when the three-coordinates scriber is not available, method of datum determined by three points can be used to ensure the flatness and perpendicularity of the surface machining, and 3 datums and 3 bushing plates are used to ensure the position accuracy of the hole.
