摘要
研究了通过微波辐射的手段使松香乙酯化的方法,探索了催化剂、物料配比、微波功率、反应时间等因素对反应酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,在微波辐射下松香乙酯合成的最佳条件是:松香与乙醇的物质的量比为1∶20,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量为乙醇与松香总质量的6.7%,微波功率为560 W,反应时间为35 min。在该条件下酯化率达92.5%,红外光谱表征说明产品合格。
Esterification of rosin with ethanol under microwave irradiation was studied. The influence factors such as catalyst, the molar ratio of ethanol to rosin, catalyst dosage, reaction time and microwave power, are discussed. The result indicated that the optimum condition were as follow: microwave power 560W, reaction time 35min, p - toluenesulfonic acid of catalyst dosage 6.7 % (on the basis of ethanol and rosin mass), the molar ratio of ethanol to rosin 1:20. The esterification rate amounted to 92.5 % under the optimum conditions. Additionally, the refined ethyl rosinate was characterized by IR, and the product is qualified.
