基于PLC的钢板打印机客观干扰因素的排除

Method of Elimination of Impersonal Interference Based on Germany Siemens S7-200 PLC for Steel Plate Printer

分析了钢板打印机在实际生产中存在的客观干扰问题及其产生的原因,提出了消除干扰的具体办法和措施,给出了基于德国西门子S7-200系列可编程控制器(PLC)消除干扰的软件设计,并进行了模拟试验。实验结果表明,系统能够获得良好的控制效果,为企业进行技术改造提供了一种途径。

The impersonal interfering problems of steel plate printer existing in the practical production and the corresponding causes were analyzed. The means to solve this interference are proposed. The software design of solving interference based on PLC of Germany S7 - 200 serial is brought forth. The experimental results showed that the appropriate controlling efficiency was obtained in the system, which provides one way for the skill reconstructing of the enterprise.
