To Promote an Effective,Well-Regulated and Promising Development for High-Tech Fiber

介绍了我国化纤行业的现状和所面临的问题:产能持续增长,提前完成规划目标,但增速大幅减缓;差别化、功能化纤维有新发展,产业用纺织品首突500×104 t/a大关;原料产品链贸易国际依存度高,次贷危机市场疲软,严重影响行业发展;国家高度关注纺织化纤动向,行业正处于优胜劣汰转型升级的关键时期。分析指出了高新技术纤维现状、特点及发展方向,结合国内外发展最新形势,提出了高新技术纤维的规划目标及重点任务,并给与了相应的发展建议。

Current status and problems of the Chinese synthetic fiber industry are addressed in this paper. The capacity has been constantly increased hence the planning target has been accomplished far in advanced. For the first time, the product＇s volume of industrial textile has exceeded 500×10^4 t/a. The characterized fiber and functional fiber sectors obtained a new expansion. However, the growth rate of production capacity declined drastically and, a few factors such as high dependence on overseas raw material and the market recession caused by subprime mortgage crisis seriously affect the industry. The government is focusing on the synthetic fiber and textile sector which is in key stages of industrial upgrade. Based on the latest domestic and international trends, the paper also analyzes the status and development direction of high-tech fiber and, provides related suggestions for a goal and major task of high-tech fiber.
